Installation

System Requirements

• Pentium 4 2 GHz CPU or equivalent
• Windows XP or Windows 2000
• 512 MB free memory (Recommended 1GB installed memory)
• 60MB free hard disk

mBooster is currently available only on Windows XP and Windows 2000 platforms. If you require support for other operating systems, please contact Innaworks support@innaworks.com.

Installation instructions (Full version)

mBooster is delivered as a Windows Installer package. The full version requires a machine specific license key per machine. As per licensing agreement you are welcome to request multiple machine specific license keys.

Installation is simple, and involves the following steps:
1. Download the Windows Installer package
2. Install the Windows Installer package
3. Determine the hardware fingerprint for your computer and send us a request for a license key (see License key generation (Full version)). If you already have received a license key for previous versions of mBooster, you could simply use the same license key.
4. Install the license key (see License key installation (Full version))

That's all there is to it. Now you are ready to run mBooster.

License key generation (Full version)

After mBooster is installed, a license key is required to activate mBooster. The full version requires a machine specific license key for each machine.

To generate the machine specific license key, the procedure is:
1. Open a command shell in Windows [Start->Accessories->Command Prompt]
2. In the command shell, run mBooster
3. You will be greeted by a pop up box titled Key Required

4. Click the Yes button
5. Another pop up box titled Enter Key will appear

5. Note down the hardware fingerprint in the above pop up box. In the example above it is E378-22A2
6. Click on Cancel to exit from mBooster
7. Send an email to support@innaworks.com to request a license key with your hardware fingerprint
8. Innaworks will generate a license key and send it to you by email

License key installation (Full version)

To install the license key:
1. Open a command shell in Windows [Start->Accessories->Command Prompt]
2. In the command shell, run mBooster
3. You will be greeted by a pop up box titled Key Required

4. Click the Yes button
5. Another pop up box titled Enter Key will appear

6. Type in the license key information as provided in Innaworks' email.
7. Click the OK button

The license key is now successfully installed. When you run mBooster again, you will no longer be asked for keys or passwords.

mBooster Evaluation Version is delivered as a Windows Installer package. The evaluation version requires a license key.

Installation is simple, and involves the following steps:
1. Download the Windows Installer package
2. Install the Windows Installer package
3. Install the license key (see License key installation (Evaluation version))

That's all there is to it. Now you are ready to run mBooster.

To install the license key:
1. Open a command shell in Windows [Start->Accessories->Command Prompt]
2. In the command shell, run mBooster
3. You will be greeted by a pop up box titled Key Required

4. Click the Yes button
